Get certified in sugaring!

***Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist or currently enrolled in an Esthetician School***

In this class, I will cover all the basics of Sugaring, such as, theory and product knowledge, hand techniques, and how to troubleshoot.  Sugaring training will cover areas of the body including legs, underarms, face and Brazilian. 

I will provide all supplies as well as the models for training.  You'll receive your certificate upon completion of the class.

The balance may be paid in full once class begins or a payment plan is available for your convenience.

Lastly, pictures and videos of training  will be posted on Bare & Beautiful Esthetics IG (students can be tagged) if you are not comfortable with this please let me know ahead of time.  

Why sugaring?  Here's the rundown...Body sugaring is an ancient art of hair removal that uses natural paste made of lemon, sugar and water. It is water soluble. Sugaring was discovered and originated in Egypt, dating back to 300 B.C. 

With the skin care industry becoming more “health conscious” and seeking more organic methods for healthier skin, sugaring has gained increased popularity.  Surprisingly, sugaring hair removal is less painful than waxing. It is a different way of hair removal.  The uniqueness of this is that less products are needed, more sanitary than waxing, and does not pull on the skin. The secret is that the sugar paste only sticks to hair, as opposed to wax, which adheres to hair and skin cells. Even though there is no way to prevent 100% ingrown hair, as they are a natural side effect of hair removal, sugaring removes dead skin cells and residue that clogs hair follicles.  Using this method can remove hair as short as 1/16-of-an-inch. In short, sugar paste can remove shorter hair than waxing. On the plus side, most people say sugaring is less painful and tends to cause less redness 

and irritation than waxing. It can also be easily cleaned up with water.

Your clients will never feel sticky after treatment and it is great for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.
